Divers, snorkelers and sailors, this one is for you. Apartment 709 is at the very top of Dolce Beach Residence, seven floors of beachfront living above Simpson Bay, and from its balcony you can study the colour of the water before deciding where to head out.
Two separate bedrooms sleep four, handy for a crew of friends sharing gear and stories. The full kitchen has an oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, and supermarkets nearby keep it stocked for early starts.
Dive and sailing trips leave from around the bay, and the marina is a short walk. On rest days, the shared pool waits on the sand in front of the building, and the shared gym, inside and outside, helps keep the shoulders loose. The lobby greets you on the way back in.
Wetsuits and towels go through the in-unit washer and dryer. Wi-Fi and bed linen are supplied, and the airport is roughly ten minutes away by road.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
