Level seven is the top of Dolce Beach Residence, and from up here the view is the widest in the building. Below lies Simpson Bay, with the beachfront residence sitting right on its sand, while boats and sunsets fill the horizon.
That height is the whole point. Evenings on the balcony go on longer than planned, and the bay changes colour hour by hour.
The one-bedroom apartment gives two guests about 80 m². Cooking is easy in the complete kitchen, fitted with an oven, cooking plates, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, sheets and bath towels are included.
Going down means reaching the beach in moments. The shared pool is set on the sand. As for the shared gym, it offers an indoor side and an outdoor one. The lobby is where you are welcomed.
Restaurants, beach bars and the marina can be reached on foot. Princess Juliana Airport lies about ten minutes by car.

Getting here
From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
