Open the door of 706, step through to the balcony, and the Caribbean fills the frame. This is level 7, the highest in Dolce Beach Residence, beachfront on Simpson Bay with the sand right below.
Two separate bedrooms welcome four guests. The fully fitted kitchen has an oven and hotplates, a fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker, which turns a slow breakfast facing the water into a daily ritual.
Up here you get height, light and evening colours spreading across the sea. When the afternoon gets hot, go down to the shared pool on the beach, or skip it and swim in the bay. There is a shared gym as well, indoors and outdoors, plus a welcome lobby.
Simpson Bay supplies everything else within reach: marina, beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, diving, snorkeling, sailing. Linen, towels, Wi-Fi, a washer and a dryer are ready, and Princess Juliana is roughly ten minutes by car.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
