Studio 705 is up on level 7, as high as Dolce Beach Residence goes, and the building is beachfront on Simpson Bay. Nothing blocks the view from the balcony: just water, a few boats and a lot of sky.
It suits someone who wants to answer a few emails between swims. Wi-Fi is included, and a laptop on the balcony with the bay in front of you beats any office.
The open-plan room is for two, with the bed, a seating area and a kitchenette fitted with a refrigerator and a microwave. There is no oven, so lunch stays light and dinner becomes someone else's job at a beach bar nearby.
When the laptop closes, head downstairs. The shared pool is laid on the beach, the sea is a few steps further, and the shared gym offers a covered room and a space in the fresh air. You cross the reception lobby on the way.
Sheets and towels are supplied, and washing and drying machines are in the studio. From the airport it is about ten minutes on the road.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
