First time on Sint Maarten? This sixth-floor apartment makes it easy. Dolce Beach Residence rises beachfront over Simpson Bay, so the question of how far the beach is gets a short answer: a few steps.
Everything else is close too. The marina, beach bars, restaurants and supermarkets are reachable on foot, and the drive from the airport takes around ten minutes, which keeps arrival day short.
The apartment itself offers one bedroom and around 80 m² for two guests. Its kitchen has everything: cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Linen and towels are ready, the Wi-Fi is on, and a washer and dryer are included.
Step onto the balcony and the sea fills the view. Downstairs, a lobby welcomes you, and the residence has a shared pool on the sand along with a shared gym, set out partly indoors and partly under the sky.
Snorkeling, diving and sailing can all be arranged nearby.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
