Two people, one bedroom, and the Caribbean at the foot of the building. That is the simple idea behind this sixth-floor apartment in Dolce Beach Residence, a beachfront spot on Simpson Bay on the Dutch side of the island.
Mornings start slowly here. Breakfast on the balcony, sea view included, then a few steps down to the sand. Or to the shared pool, which is laid out right on the beach.
The rooms cover roughly 80 m², a generous size for a couple. You will find a well-equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker and microwave. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. Bedding, towels and Wi-Fi are covered.
If you feel like moving, the residence has a shared gym with one area indoors and another outside. The lobby team keeps things welcoming.
Nearby, you can snorkel, go sailing or just wander to the marina for a drink. Princess Juliana Airport is only about ten minutes away.

Getting here
From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
