From level 6 of this beachfront residence, Simpson Bay unfolds in one long panorama, with the beach at the foot of the building. Guests at apartment 601 often leave the sand a little early, just to be on the balcony when the sun sets.
Up to four people share two separate bedrooms. Friends like having a door to close; families like the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with oven, cooking plates, fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
At Dolce Beach Residence the shared pool is placed directly on the sand, while the shared gym works indoors and out in the open air. A lobby welcomes you at the entrance.
Around the building you have the marina, supermarkets, restaurants and plenty of water sports, from snorkeling to sailing. Wi-Fi, bedding and bath towels are supplied, along with a washer and dryer, so a small suitcase is enough. Princess Juliana Airport lies around ten minutes' drive away.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
