Mask, fins, and you are set. This fifth-floor apartment belongs to Dolce Beach Residence, beachfront directly on Simpson Bay, where snorkeling, diving and sailing are part of everyday life in the neighbourhood.
The water starts barely a few steps from the building, so a morning swim needs no planning at all. Dive and sailing outfits operate close by, and the marina is within walking distance for anyone chasing a boat trip.
Back upstairs, one bedroom and roughly 80 m² for two. The washer and dryer are handy for salty swimwear, and fresh sheets and towels are provided. Cook in the fully fitted kitchen with its oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave and coffee machine, then eat on the balcony, facing the sea.
On rest days, the residence has a shared beachfront pool on the sand plus a shared gym split between indoor and outdoor sections. Wi-Fi is included for checking tomorrow's wind.
Princess Juliana Airport sits roughly ten minutes by car.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
