It is a home of about 183 m² with three bedrooms and space for six guests. There is room to spread out after a long day at the beach, and room to gather when it is time to raise a glass.
The sand is steps from the lobby. Residents have a shared pool set at the edge of the beach, plus a shared gym that works indoors and in the open air, handy the morning after a late night.
Inside, the fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all there. For a celebration dinner out, Simpson Bay has plenty of restaurants and beach bars nearby, and Princess Juliana Airport is roughly ten minutes away.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
