Two families travelling together need two things: distance at night and a place to meet by day. Apartment 401 offers both, on level 4 of Dolce Beach Residence, which is beachfront in every sense, set right on the sand of Simpson Bay.
It is a home of around 183 m², with three bedrooms and room for six. Each family settles into its own part, then everyone regroups for meals cooked in a kitchen equipped for real cooking.
From the fourth level the balcony has a generous view over the bay, especially lovely as the sun goes down. The washer and dryer keep beach towels and swimwear in rotation, linen and towels are provided, and Wi-Fi covers the apartment.
Downstairs, residents have a shared pool placed on the beach itself, a shared gym usable indoors or outside, and a welcoming lobby. Beach bars, the marina and water sports are all within easy reach, and the airport is about ten minutes by car.

Getting here
From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
