Some apartments are for sleeping; 309 is for living outdoors. It is up on level three, at Dolce Beach Residence, beachfront along Simpson Bay, and its sea-view balcony works like an extra room: late breakfast, a novel after lunch, dinner under the evening sky.
Two separate bedrooms sleep four. With a fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave, coffee machine), you can pick up fresh produce at a supermarket nearby, cook properly and eat facing the water.
Downstairs, the building gives straight onto the sand. The shared pool is on the beach itself, while the shared gym, with a room indoors and a corner outdoors, is there for anyone who keeps training on holiday. A reception lobby welcomes you in.
Marina, restaurants and water sports are close. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are included, and so are a washer and a dryer. Expect roughly ten minutes by car from Princess Juliana.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
