The shared gym has a room indoors and a training area in the open air, so you can choose between shade and breeze. Afterwards, the shared pool, set on the beach, is ideal for a few cool-down lengths.
Back upstairs, about 80 m² for two guests. The kitchen is complete (oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker) for hearty breakfasts, and from the balcony you watch the water from a bit higher up.
Sportswear piles up fast, which is why the in-unit washer and dryer help. Linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, the lobby greets you on arrival, and the marina, with sailing and diving nearby, is within walking distance. The airport is some ten minutes away.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
