Beachfront, feet in the sand. Studio 305 is on level 3 of Dolce Beach Residence, right on Simpson Bay beach: from the balcony you look straight over the water, and the sand is a few steps from the building.
It's a studio made for two. One open room with the bed, a small sitting corner and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. There's no oven, which suits the way most people live here: breakfast on the balcony, dinner at one of the beach bars or restaurants along the bay, all within walking distance.
There's a shared pool that sits directly on the beach, so you can swap salt water for fresh water whenever you like. There's also a shared gym, with an indoor room and an outdoor area facing the sea, for anyone who likes to train before the heat.
Sheets, towels, Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer in the apartment are included. The airport is about ten minutes away by car.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
