Apartment 301 offers about 183 m² for up to six guests. Three bedrooms give each generation its own corner, so naps, late nights and early mornings do not collide.
Level 3 is a nice middle ground: high enough for a wide view over the bay from the balcony, close enough that the sand is only a few minutes away. Down there, the shared pool rests on the beach, while the shared gym, usable both under a roof and outside, suits the more active members of the family. The lobby receives everyone on arrival.
A fully equipped kitchen makes family dinners easy, and snorkeling, diving and sailing are nearby for the adventurous. Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linen and towels are all included.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
