Six people, three bedrooms, and Simpson Bay beach right at the foot of the building. Dolce Beach Residence is beachfront in the most literal way, and apartment 201, on level 2, is one home of about 183 m².
That size changes a family holiday. Everyone gets a room with a door, and there is still plenty of shared space where the whole group can gather.
Being on a low level has a clear advantage with children. The shared pool, laid out on the beach, is just below, so kids can run between pool and sea while adults watch from the sea-view balcony. Anyone keen on exercise will find a shared gym with a covered space and an open-air one, and the lobby welcomes you on arrival.
Feeding six is easier with a fully equipped kitchen and supermarkets close by. On other nights, walk to the beach bars and restaurants. Wi-Fi, laundry machines, sheets and towels are provided, and Princess Juliana is about ten minutes' drive.

Getting here
From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
