The apartment gives two guests roughly 80 m² with a sea-view balcony, a kitchen equipped for real cooking (oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine), plus Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels.
On days off the water, the shared beachfront pool is just downstairs, and residents can train in a shared gym that has space both indoors and outdoors. The lobby is where you'll be welcomed. For supplies, supermarkets are close, and a ten-minute drive covers the trip from the airport.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
