Late afternoon is when apartment 105 really makes sense. The sun drops toward the bay, the light turns gold, and from this level-1 home in the beachfront Dolce Beach Residence you are only a few steps from the sand of Simpson Bay.
A typical end of day might go like this: one more swim in the shared pool, which is built right on the beach, a shower, then a drink on the sea-view balcony while the sky changes colour.
Dinner can happen at home, since the kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, a hob, the fridge, a microwave plus a coffee maker. Or you can stroll to the beach bars and restaurants that line the marina area.
The apartment covers around 80 m² for two guests. Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, sheets and towels are all included. There is a shared gym inside and outside for anyone who prefers a workout at dawn, and a friendly face at the lobby desk on arrival. Princess Juliana Airport lies roughly ten minutes off by road.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
