Planning to stay a few weeks and keep working? Apartment 104 makes that easy. You'll find it on the first level of Dolce Beach Residence, right on the beachfront at Simpson Bay, with the sand only a few steps from the door.
Wi-Fi is included, and the balcony with its sea view makes a decent office between meetings. At about 80 m², the space never feels cramped for two.
Long stays also come down to routine. Laundry is simple since the unit has its own washer and dryer, sheets and bath towels are handed over with the keys, and the fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker) means you are not eating out every night. Supermarkets are close by for the weekly shop.
When the laptop closes, you can cool off in the shared pool beside the waves or head for the shared gym, which offers workout space under a roof or out in the fresh air. Staff in the lobby can point you in the right direction. Getting here from the airport takes roughly ten minutes.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
