Step off the balcony, grab a towel, and within a minute your feet are in the sand. Apartment 102 is a level-1 unit at Dolce Beach Residence, the beachfront block on Simpson Bay, and no floor puts you closer to the water.
This one bedroom suits two people who plan to spend most of the day in their swimsuits. The shared pool is set right on the beach, just below, so switching between fresh water and the sea takes no effort at all.
Around 80 m² gives you room to spread out after a salty afternoon. In the kitchen you'll cook with a proper oven and hob, backed up by a microwave, fridge and coffee maker, and the balcony looks straight out to sea.
There's a shared gym too, with one part under cover and another in the breeze, and someone in the lobby greets you when you check in. Your own washer and dryer come with it, along with Wi-Fi, towels and bedding. Coming from the airport? Budget ten minutes or so behind the wheel.

From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
