Level 1 is as close to the water as Dolce Beach Residence gets, and this beachfront building already stands on Simpson Bay beach. From apartment 101, the pool and the sand are a short walk from your door, and for parents that is worth a lot.
Four guests share two separate bedrooms: one for the children, one for the adults. Nothing is missing in the kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, microwave and coffee maker), so fish fingers at six and a grown-up dinner at eight are both possible. A supermarket close by takes care of the shopping.
Kids tend to split their day between the sea and the shared pool, which is set on the beach. If one parent wants a workout, the shared gym has space inside and outside. The lobby greets you when you arrive.
From the sea-view balcony you can keep an eye on the beach. The washer and dryer deal with the sand, and Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. After a family flight, ten minutes from Princess Juliana to the door feels like a gift.

Getting here
From Princess Juliana Airport, head east on Airport Road towards Simpson Bay; it runs straight into Simpson Bay Road. Dolce Beach Residence is at 53 Simpson Bay Road, on the sea side, a few hundred metres before the Simpson Bay drawbridge. The drive takes about 5 minutes outside rush hour. Taxis wait at the airport exit, and our concierge service can arrange a taxi pick-up or a rental car for you on request.
